Because browsers have varying levels of compatibility with H.265, H.264 is recommended. If you switch to H.264 and are still having an issue, let us know and we can help further. |

Describe the problem you are having
I got a new camera recently and overall I've been super happy with it. Its a PTZ1A4M-4X-S2 with zoom and everything.
I got it woking in frigate like no problem, ptz and zoom and everything works fine (haven't tried auto tracking but i intend to later)
My issue is actually simpler.. uh.. i cant get the review section to "work"
Now i know in the docs it says
And that's fine but even in chrome browser when I scrub through the footage and leave it it just sits there never actually playing, scrubbing is fine but it wont play.
I think I'll start by just, encoding in 264, does it matter that i use 264? is that more supported in frigate? I just feel like if it can do 65 that's what i should be using? Thanks for input.
