Can add Frigate to HomeAssistant without HACS

I tryed to install Frigate on HomeAssistant but HACS requires a github account (I don't want to use it).
Is it possible to add Frigate without using HACS?

Yes, you can just download the integration manually and place it in the custom_components folder inside of HomeAssistant
