[Bug]: Sending Zoom / Home From HA to Incompatible Camera Kills PTZ

Describe the problem you are having

This was originally raised against the HA card but it would appear to be a Frigate issue.
dermotduffy/frigate-hass-card#1715

If you have a camera that supports panning and tilting but not zooming (such as the Tapo C200) then if you attempt to zoom from HA (using PTZ controls on card or via frigate.ptz action) then any subsequent attempt to pan or tilt the camera will fail until Frigate is restarted

Steps to reproduce

1. Send left/right command from HA (via action or card) and this works
2. Send Zoom in/out or home command (does nothing)
3. No try and send left/right command and nothing will happen

Definitely shouldn't happen and I'll put up a PR to fix, but realistically the card shouldn't offer the option to zoom, frigate does send data about what features the camera supports.

You can configure the card to now show the zoom / home buttons (but they are there by default).
Even accidently clicking it triggers it. (Took me quite a while to come across that thread).

This is also the same as when using the frigate.ptz action so if anyone is copying some yaml from a different camera is is quite easy to trigger.

It is sorted for me as I have now hidden the zoom / home buttons but I am not getting that time back trying to work out why it was intermittently working 😕
