Here are the errors with qsv. The Reolink POE Doorbell feed is completely broken with this, and still errors on the Tapo. My Dahua and Thingino firmware Wyze v3 seem to chug along with either config. vainfo from inside the LXC:

I see, part of the issue could be that the lxc has an outdated intel driver. You can also try just setting the ffmpeg |

Thanks, it's a new Debian 12 container. I did attempt to update the drivers using these commands I saw in another thread, but didn't see any changes in vainfo. |

you can try to use this qsv setup instead of a preset
I had exactly the same issue with qsv, see #15861 |

Hi Sorry @partytimeexcellent that doesn't help you but thanks for this post because that tip saved me a lot of research at least! For me my now working config excerpts (mashed up from various threads with comments on how to get tapo cams working well):

Describe the problem you are having
I wasn't getting these errors before upgrading to 15 beta, but not sure that is the cause since I've also been playing with my config. I saw the note about using "hwaccel_args: preset-intel-qsv-h264" in 15 beta, but my G5905 processor has Intel 610 GPU which seems to be gen 9.5 and the above argument failed, so back to vaapi.
Anyway, this only affects one of my four cameras. It's a Tapo C325wb, connected via ethernet. Live view loads no problem, locally or remotely. CPU is sitting at 19% and GPU 1%. Please let me know if there is other pertinent info to provide. Thanks!
