[Proposal] Wino needs some kind of crash/exception tracking

I have the problem #410 but there is no info about the crash in logs and no popup appears so nobody knows what happened. I suggest Wino should use something like Sentry: https://sentry.io/for/csharp/. It will give maintainers of this project great insight into crashes that users have on their machines, with detailed info like call stacks, line that caused the exception etc. There is a free plan so it won't be incurring additional costs.
