No Open URI button for URIs with a .at TLD #1133

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Add the URIs https://www.alternate.at and https://www.alternate.de to a login item

Expected Result

Both URI to have the button next to it to open the URI in the browser.

Actual Result

The .at URI is missing the open button.
