Can copy site password that requires master password re-prompt without entering password

Steps To Reproduce

1. In Brave Browser Go to 'A site that has master password re-prompt enabled'
2. Right click on page and select "copy password"
3. The site's browser extension opens the site's card
4. Click on copy password icon
5. the password is copied to cliipboard without having to re-enter password

Expected Result

I should be prompted to re-enter my master password

Actual Result

The password is copied to my clipboard without having to re-enter my master passwords
