Icons missing for TOTP entries

Steps To Reproduce

Import items from any other TOTP app (like Aegis, 2FAS)

Expected Result

Icons should be available for each entries

Actual Result

Icons are missing for each entries after importing from Aegis authenticator

• I understand that work is tracked outside of Github. A PR will be linked to this issue should one be opened to address it, but Bitwarden doesn't use fields like "assigned", "milestone", or "project" to track progress.

Oh this is a bug? I assumed it was just not implemented yet... but I see on the screenshot on the main page its supposed to have icons? For me it doesn't show icons from the items I imported from Authy nor the ones I've added directly myself.

I feel this is an important feature for usability & a11y as it makes scanning the list of codes much easier to read when the icons are showing
