Used recovery tool and sent funds, transaction not found

I used the copay recovery tool and recovered funds from a wallet. Added the address to send to, received confirmation on recovery tool page and took screenshot - went to check on blockchain to find that the transaction doesn't exist. SO WHERE DID MY BITCOINS GO? this is the 7th time I'm posting in the support forum for different issues regarding biopsy and copay wallets and received no help whatsoever. PLEASE RECOVER MY COINS FROM THE RECOVERY TOOL.
