Multiple sources/targets in one config file

Is it possible to have multiple source/target configurations in one config file?
I have use case where i need to sync multiple helm charts from different sources.

I think the problem will be that one might see the same helm chart name e.g. podinfo in multiple sources with different versions. This might lead to unwanted syncs.

I've tried putting multiple documents in one yaml, without success also. I think this would be the better solution. @tompizmor What do you think?
