option to dismiss the top messages

Have the option to dismiss the top messages close to the messages. Like an X

they're the same ones that keep on coming back.

The messages in the top bar are small notes I'd like users to see often (a thank you to our sponsors, info about home node deployments, a nag to donate etc), which is why they rotate continuously.

There's a toggle button in the settings menu (under the 'gear' icon' on the right side of the screen) to hide messages completely, but I agree it might be better to be able to dismiss individual messages too.
