DNSCrypt client proxy service terminated unexpectedly (on close)

Hi,
I'm encountering a (non)issue with DNSCrypt client proxy service on every shutdown (or restart\wake up).

It's similar but different from #505 issue: everything works fine and the service start normally, simply it closes unexpectedly when it needs to close. It's probably some setting on my PC, however I tried:

• disable\enable hybernation or fast start up
• reboot without my Antivirus or add the program to exclusions
• delay the time of all services to close (WaitToKillServiceTimeout)
• reinstall SimpleDNSCrypt (0.71 with DNSCrypt-Proxy 2.0.42)
  (Windows 10 x64 20H2 19042.928)

Well.. I found this that may be related to my 7034 error (cosmetic bug)
DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-proxy#1456
