Our software installs We do also alias micromamba to conda, so when you run conda it actually runs micromamba. Edit the file called .biostar.sh in your home directory and remove the lines
that way you will retain both conda and micromamba |

I am new to linux. For RNA seq analysis i am using a software called cogentAP using Conda Version 24. When i installed biostar handbook in on the same workstation, Conda version becomes 2.3 so i couldnot run cogentAP. So how to manage two different versions of conda in the same workstation
