Add new analysis for the flip-flop rate from Lipyphilic (when a lipid goes from one lipid to another).

It may be convinient to implement robust leaflet assignation algorithms that can work with curved membranes like AssignCurvedLeaflets which is a wrapper of MDAnalysis.analysis.leaflet.LeafletFinder.
