Hello,

I have been struggling with my submission for a while, and I think I finally pinpointed the issue, for which I might need some recommendation.

This is my PR for the genome-uploader, a python-based resource to upload genomes to ENA and create all necessary documents required for the submission. I have been trying to build the conda environment based on the meta.yml in the genome-uploader folder, and it fails because of package dependencies and incompatibilities. I also decided to submit the new attempt to this PR so that you could see it.

I am quite confused, as these requirements have always worked in plenty of local and cluster installations. It is even the recommendation I am providing in the original github repo, and what has been used for the pypi package, which also works. I generated this meta.yml with greyskull, using the pypi package as a reference.

Could you please help me understand what is the matter with my configuration? I am not able to discern why it generally works, but not for this submission.

Thank you very much!!
