search function limited results

We try to implement / build a clone of the NCBI prok dataset locally.

However, search functionality is limited. the only query that gives me 2 (!) results is quality:high. Do i need to do some indexing or what can i check to know what's the problem?

I'm not sure I follow. What's the database/project you are using?
I'm assuming you're using the Web app, is that correct?

In general, if you execute the daemon to run all the analyses, the last step should be the indexing necessary for search to work (project_stats). You can also trigger it manually using miga run -r project_stats.
