When I do ./run.sh -f I get

Error: Format string '/opt/noVNC/utils/launch.sh --vnc localhost:5900 --listen %(ENV_PORT)s' for 'command' contains names which cannot be expanded

if I modify the supervisord.conf on that line to say (hard coding 8080 since c9 could only use one of the two)

/opt/noVNC/utils/launch.sh --vnc localhost:5900 --listen 8080

then it worked.
