Hello,

I find instructions on how to package this software a bit hard to come by. I see https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/2.2/install.html but it uses an Ubuntu package that I don't know how it is build, any tips?

Nix is a very cool package manager, and NixOS (which is declaratively configured) could provide the OS setup, and NixOps could provide all the non-OS firewalls to end up with easy to deploy instances to Amazon EC2, Google Compute Engine, Hetzner or Azure (disclaimer, I only tried EC2 but I found it very cool). So if I and others who are willing to package it would succeed, you'd have something which I hope you see as a cool result in return for any tips on packaging this.

P.S.: The work to package this is at NixOS/nixpkgs#83072

Thanks,
Robert

Ah, sorry, I see that bbb-install is a separate repo not a subdirectory, I should have opened this in the bigbluebutton repo, I'll do that
