Recently, we have been contacted to represent affinity proteomics (AP) datasets in SDRF. We (PRIDE Team) is also working in a submission system for AP datasets. Similar to the new use case for metabolomics #680 #671 this use case will be included in the next release of the format.

If anyone has particular interest on this topic, please contact me or write your opinion on this issue.
