在初始化NettyServer的时候，在通道添加handler时，会new一个UserAuthHandler进行初始化，但是如果说NettyServer是单例运行的，那么UserAuthHandler在初始化后也只有一个实例，此时的局部变量handShaker在并发量增多的时候，是否会有线程安全问题？
