Blog entries not saved on website (not true just example)

Blog entries can be written but not saved, ways to view bug:
Steps to reproduce bug:
-Enter blog entry and press save on the website
-Refresh page and see if blog entry has been saved

•Does it save?
-The blog has not saved and the code for the functionality is written in the blog.js file, so I am to assume that there is a bug within a function of this file.

Steps in attempting to fix the bug:
-Offended file blog.js in a text editor because this is where the error would be due to inability to save the entry
-function save()

•save function should be in control of storing the entries, and lines 2 and 3 within the code seem to be incorrect as they do not act as they should.
