We're experiencing the same issue. Here's the detail of the video:
framerate: 30 fps
total bitrate: 2404 kbps
Audio bitrate: 192kbps
resolution: 1280x720 px

I just load it up on the app. I don't notice choppy audio on this sample except for occasional video frame jerks :( Try to setup your OBS profile using the ini file I just sent.

Actually we're using playback from local storage, not streaming. Sorry for the confusion.

Just try that too loading it from my phone sdcard. I can get smooth video and audio. Make sure it is the 720p version you are loading. I was trying to play 1080p when I got choppy audio symptom.

Weird... is this the previous build? Or the latest one? We experience this in only some part like during the "war" scene...

I tried it on both app version (with the latest ffmpeg and without). Do you get throughout choppy sound or at some duration only? Do you have the duration timestamp when it start to jerk? Maybe I did not notice it.

hmmm.. the video actually break-up somewhere in the middle of duration. It did not finish the whole duration as shown in the seek bar (about 50% remaining). I tried VLC on my Mac desktop too and it is also experiencing similar break-up. It also can't seek beyond the 50% timeline.

Tried this on MPC-HC on PC, it stuck somewhere at 1:40 out of the advertised 3:42 duration. Similar symptoms.
