Alienware m17 issue

while running alienfx lite this is printed on terminal : Device found: 187c:0550
But GUI says controller not found and programs shuts

Got the same problem on Alienware M17 R5.

Console outpus was :

$ sudo /usr/local/bin/alienfx-lite
Device found: 187c:0550
