Describe the task
Make the precip. field in FireBat adjustable similar to wind speed

Acceptance Criteria

  • The forecasted or actual precip value can be adjusted up or down using up/down arrows in the cell or by typing a new value into the cell.
  • The status column shows "Adjusted" whenever a precip value has been changed.
  • Reset button applies to the precip field
  • Use the Morecast Validation Rules: entered parameters (cannot be under 0 + 200 is max)
  • Step for button is: 1 Integer
  • URLs are backwards compatible
  • Verify the column visibility config works for precip.

Additional context

  • Pls note the custom tables; these are not Material UI tables
