I need to see significant changes in potential Fire Behaviour from previous days to today
So That I can predict changes which catches us by surprise and are a safety concern; continued fire behaviour advisories lead to complacency #humanfactors
Acceptance Criteria
Given the HFI is over 10,000 kw/m, When there is a significant increase actual OR forecasted (from 10K to 20K HFI for example) in HFI due to wind, Then that area is shown in ASA
Given a rapid increase in Temp and a rapid decrease in RH, When an area shows significant in HFI, Then that area is shown in ASA
Given an area received some Precip followed by rapid increase in Temp and decrease in RH, When an area is forecasted over 4K kw/m HFI that area is shown in ASA
