Data is being deleted in the Tidy step for some variables, it appears to be an error in the variable look-up table.

Example of console output below:
Converting Codes to Variables... Failed to replace '1110'. Deleted 5185 rows with missing values in Variable.

Variables where this has been observed so far:

  • Nitrate
  • Nitrite
  • Cyanide S.A.D.
  • TDS
  • TSS
