As a Super User, I want to have the option of completely deleting a user profile from the who’s listening widget. So that we only keep current contacts available to be selected in the “select existing contact” drop-down. Not Previous ones.

Acceptance criteria: Users can permanently Delete Profiles and will no longer show up in the dropdown ‘select existing contact’ list.
