Populate dates of an Engagement from the Day Calculator #1940

As a superuser, I want to have the option of filling in the dates from the day calculator so the dates are in the engagement details.

Acceptance criteria:
Super users clicks the "Save Dates" button and the Start Date and End dates are populated in the Engagements Details fields.
