Stats for CC Meeting #22142
Comments
@hanlunBCRegistries I am keeping this open. Please add your results here from @pstemkens email: From: Stemkens, Patty CITZ:EX [email protected] I will create a spreadsheet for this in google. I took a quick look in PowerBI and I cannot see this data. Hanlun, can you work with me to find this information? Thanks From: Lane, John AM CITZ:EX [email protected] Hello, If possible, please prep some stats for Friday’s meeting. Among the questions below, some can be answered by stats I think.
I think the best summary would be a table that showed: This will help us see which products to target. I believe this existing PowerBI dashboard may be helpful to see how it breaks down on the legacy side, especially COLIN - https://app.powerbi.com/Redirect?action=OpenReport&appId=bbe8ed57-3be5-44be-90dc-451db45bf707&reportObjectId=f241dd4c-55f2-419e-84c1-ae7aeac892cb&ctid=6fdb5200-3d0d-4a8a-b036-d3685e359adc&reportPage=ReportSection631e71f46304a6355c40&pbi_source=appShareLink&portalSessionId=4dae8293-8747-4add-a171-b24e9372014c John Lane |

When our clients purchase products, which products use BCOL payment method the most? (BCOL is the payment method that gets topped off periodically by the client.)
When our clients use credit card (CC) to pay for a product - what is the breakdown of each product purchased by cc? In other words what do clients use cc the most for?
Can we see all products breakdown for cc please?
I am here at 9 am tomorrow if you have any questions. Thank you.
