How to change the background to a clearer grid

According to other replies, I changed to lines, but the grid is not clear,
because from the document it seems that lines or idos is in the lower layer,
and then covers the background color. The background color needs to be transparent,
but the color is not dark enough after the transparency is added.
How can I achieve such a clear grid and dark background as in the picture?
