This would be an excellent feature to add. In the meantime does anyone have a good idea how to do this? I've played around with downloading the gif and sharing via something like: https://pub.dev/packages/appinio_social_share
This results in only the first frame of the gif being uploaded as an image. So then I thought I guess I need to convert it to an mp4 first. This is most likely possible but does anyone have a better way?
Thanks!

Hi there.. yea the only reasonable way to share is to do a screen record and then share that file as GIF. The only catch there is currently we dont know whats the loop time for each GIF so running the animation to record just once is a challenge that I see. Would be happy to know if you find some other alternative
