This link used to work, but now it is a 404.

It's linked from pages like https://bazel.build/docs/cc-toolchain-config-reference ("You can create the CcToolchainConfigInfo by calling cc_common.create_cc_toolchain_config_info()").

As far as I can tell this documentation is no longer available anywhere else on the docs site.

That doc still links to something that 404s. So the doc should minimally be updated. Also, the page you linked to doesn't have the create method?

It seems that this is due to the symbol being renamed to cc_common_internal_do_not_use.

I have #18849 in flight to rename the symbol back.
