Description of the feature request:

Consider https://bazel.build/rules/testing for instance - The code snippets have a dark mode toggle. I would like the same to apply throughout the page.

Yes, there is a dark mode feature. However, currently it's only enabled for the staging environment since it looks kinda ugly. I guess more work is needed before we can release it.
