Type-c connector to Hdmi/DP not working.

Hello and thanks for this detailed guide, however i tried everything for Type c to HDMI/DP and the monitor has no output in macOS Catalina using Open Core, using every possible combination.
In Hackintool the connectors are shown as index 0 BusID 0x00 LVSD for inbuilt, except there are three other connector 1st one has Index 1 BusID 0x05 Pipeline 9 Flag 00x00003c71 DP,
2nd one has Index 2 Bus ID 0x04 Pipelin 10 Flag same DP, and third one is Dummy. Please help me get HDMI output via Type-C connector(has One hdmi port, one usb 3, & one type c). I am attaching my EFI files, is any mapping needed please help me out everything is working except any monitor support.
