Does DW1560 wifi card work with Linux?

I was ready to perches DW1560 wifi card and when i was looking for cheaper one it was label as not compatible with Linux. My main OS system is Linux/Ubuntu and if it does not work with Linux I don't want use MacOS. I looked for driver but I could not find any driver or information. Someone comment on Reddit that he/she was able to make it work by using 'wl' and compile kernel module but i don't have a lot of knowledge.

@SeluMesu I don't know how much the 1560 differs from the DW1830 but mine is running without the need of installing additional drivers. I googled a bit and found this:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install bcmwl-kernel-source
sudo modprobe wl
