Multiple N64 bezels fail to download due to capitalization differences in the png suffix.

Detailed reproduction steps

Download bezels for a N64 full set and it will fail after 10 mismatches.

All of the failures I noticed were due to 'PNG' vs 'png'.
https://updates.batocera.org/thebezelproject/tbp_n64.txt contains multiple entries with 'PNG' whereas all files at https://github.com/thebezelproject/bezelproject-N64/tree/master/retroarch/overlay/GameBezels/N64 are 'png'. It looks like thebezelproject update data was last updated in 2022 whereas thebezelproject git was updated in 2023.
