Something equivilent to:

aubelsb2@arran-yoga ~/CiinaboxProjects/cloudwatcherstatsascodetest
 % until ciinabox-ecs status cactest; do sleep 1; done
cactest ciinabox is in state: ROLLBACK_IN_PROGRESS
