Come up with a basic site layout, comprising of the following things:

background
colors
typography
header
footer
a CSS-based (hopefully responsive too) menu

@arnab Just FYI, and if you are interested, you can checkout another static site generator: pagd

+Pros It is written in python, is more extensible, and it is written by my friend -- hence we can pester him for support :)

However, the big con is that github doesn't support it natively. So we need to render offline for every change.
