This bug happened for me on 3.4.13 on Android ARMv8a on Kodi Matrix 19.0 final. Touching or dragging the progress bar on v3.4.13 from your Matrix repo does not have an effect. It works fine on 3.4.11 from the official Kodi repo though.

@DaedalusBLN could you please try the latest? I have no way of testing touchscreen, but would like to know if the issue is fixed with the latest update. Thanks.
