arm-linux-androideabi-gcc no longer part of the ndk

The android NDK no longer has gcc support. So the build script currently fails.

They have moved to clang

See either https://github.com/juha-h/libbaresip-android or baresip/baresip#1039 for builds that will be compatible with the current Android NDK (r21 at time of writing).

I am not using baresip-android currently, help is needed to maintain it.

Project https://github.com/juha-h/libbaresip-android is using also other than BSD-3-Clause licensed libs and includes small patches to re and baresip. So it may not be good as such for Baresip Foundation.
