while not an explicit memorial, the President Street station is certainly a site deeply connected to the memory of the Confederacy in Baltimore. Did you consider including it?

Small revisions/additions to Confederate monument study

These revisions help partly with #2, #3, #4. I also combined all of the
post-WWII passages into a single section – still needs work.
