Make a few minor changes and simplify

For now I'll be using css frameworks, as there's no
point spending lots of time on css if it doesn't make money.
However, I can make a few minor changes for Anki themes.

• Simplify, mofo! #16
• Revisit the base code.less file
  • It should be white for print
  • and [highlighting style] background for screen
• Revisit the compiler for /partials.
  • It should show the correct [highlighting style]
  • Might need to fiddle with the Pandoc template.html
• Run through the issues, see what's easy, add it to the list.
• The writing styleguide is more important right now than design!
• Close whichever issues you can, or ones that are stale.
