If a service gets disabled / deleted with a package update this happens for a specific reason. Probably because the service shut down or another severe issue.

In this case the gui should reset the last used service and display the welcome page #10 and a corresponding textual warning to inform about the problem. The warning text should differentiate between a deleted / disabled service.
