Partition Archiver(Partitioning Tool) for Oracle DB
The only option available now is "EXCHANGE PARTITION" But the skeleton is ready, so its easy to add another functions.

Using new ojdbc7.jar library is highly recomended because there is a few "SELECT LONG" columns and using ojdbc6.jar makes few queries executing very slow.
