Enhancement Request: Filter Documents by Date in PAPERLESS_FILTER

Hi,

I would like to enhance the Paperless filter PAPERLESS_FILTER to only consider documents from a specific date onwards. The reason for this request is that I have manually processed many documents and now only want to consider my newer documents. I suspect that many users might have a similar need.

I’ve experimented with various solutions, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have a working query or any suggestions on how to achieve this?
