Notifications are not working #170

In the application properties Android claims that the app is not using notifications at all. Also the app does not request any permissions. I had a similar issue with one other app which was just now fixed with its latest update.
I'm using Pixel 8 Pro with Android 14 and had the same issue with my previous Pixel 6 Pro.

I also have this issue on both a Samsung Galaxy S22+ and a Galaxy S23 Ultra. Both were running Android 14. Both said that all notifications from Resplash were blocked. Resplash does automatically change the wallpaper, but there's no notification.
