[Feature Request] set an exact time for auto change

Currently, auto change can be set to different intervals.
It appears that whenever an interval is set, the timer starts from that moment. Ie if I set 24hrs at 830am, my wallpaper will change at 830am daily

I would like to set a time for the auto change to take effect, ie 4am every 24hrs, so I wake up to a new wallpaper everyday

Is this to be implemented? Was looking for the exact same thing. I can of course wait until the specific time to change it and then set the duration to 24 hrs but if for example I change the choice of the wallpaper, it seems to reset the timer.

A specific time option would be amazing and fix the problem.
