[Feature Request] Add option for AutoWallpaper to refresh at an absolute time

Currently AutoWallpaper will only refresh at a relative time from when it was last updated (every 24 hours, etc.) It would be helpful to have an option to specify a time where it will refresh (e.g. overnight, say 4am).

Is this to be implemented? Was looking for the exact same thing. I can of course wait until the specific time to change it and then set the duration to 24 hrs but if for example I change the choice of the wallpaper, it seems to reset the timer.

A specific time option would be amazing and fix the problem.
