[FR] Add ability to blur images

For the auto wallpaper, add category 'Image adjustment' or 'Image change' and add options such as blur images (with user adjustable blur level) and other functions as well (e.g. tint, recolor...)

Hi @tjsuominen, thanks for the suggestion! I can look into adding this functionality to Resplash. Currently you can use Resplash as a wallpaper source for Muzei (https://muzei.co/) which has blurring and other image adjustments. Hopefully that works for you in the meantime 🙂
