  1. Deprecate ignored_patterns, autocmd.check_dir and autocmd.check_empty_file fields

Resolution

  1. ignored_patterns --> ignored_suggestions
  2. autocmd.check_dir --> autocmd.check_directory
  3. autocmd.check_empty_file --> autocmd.check_new_file
